* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory Above 5,500 feet, wet snow.
  Snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches with locally up to 10 inches
  at the passes. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter
  Storm Watch Above 5,500 feet, heavy wet snow. Snow accumulations
  up to 1 to 2 feet. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 AM Friday to 10 PM
  PST Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night
  through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening

  For the Winter Storm Watch for the Tahoe Basin above 7000 feet,
  heavy wet snow. Snow accumulations of 1 to 2 feet. Winds gusting
  as high as 90 mph.
