...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures with lows 20-28 degrees.

* WHERE...In California, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra
  Counties and Surprise Valley California. In Nevada, Northern
  Washoe County, Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid
  Lake, Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area, and Mineral and
  Southern Lyon Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Urban centers across western Nevada are
  expected to get down to 26-32 degrees. Colder valleys across
  Lassen county could dip into the teens. Freezing temperatures are
  also likely for late Friday night into early Saturday morning.
