In Nevada, Northern Washoe County, Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake, Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area, and Mineral and Southern Lyon Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Urban centers across western Nevada are expected to get down to 26-32 degrees.
