* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as -10 to -15 degrees.

* WHERE...The Surprise Valley in Eastern Modoc County and far
  Northern Washoe County from High Rock Canyon to the Oregon border.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero could
  result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Avoid prolonged outdoor
