Ridge wind gusts will reach up to 125 mph. * WHERE...Mono County. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The High Wind Warning ends at 4pm when the Winter Storm Warning begins.
