WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...High temperatures of 98-105 degrees expected with overnight
  low temperatures in the upper 60s and lower 70s. Widespread
  Moderate HeatRisk with isolated areas of Major HeatRisk.

* WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Saturday to 11 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  heat events, particularly for those working or participating in
  outdoor activities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
