.DISCUSSION...

* Breezy southwest winds will persist early this evening with
  gusts up to 30 mph, gradually decreasing overnight. Despite
  decreasing wind speeds, overnight relative humidity recovery
  remains poor (max 3034%), limiting overnight relief.

* Minimum relative humidity Friday will drop to 1216% with a
  return of afternoon west-southwest winds 1217 mph gusting to 25
  mph, elevating fire spread potential.

* A wind shift late Friday night into Saturday morning will bring
  northwest to north winds 815 mph with gusts to 20 mph,
  potentially changing fire spread direction. No precipitation is
  expected through the period.
