  winds remain elevated, with afternoon gusts up to 30 mph.

* Wind ease Saturday, then increase again Sunday with southwest gusts
  up to 30 mph during the afternoon. Good overnight humidity recoveries
  are expected through the weekend.

* Below-normal temperatures, breezy afternoons, and low shower chances
  are favored next week.
