.DISCUSSION...

* A dry cold front will move through the fire area on Friday. This
  will lead to northeast winds on the ridgetops and up-canyon winds
  in Truckee Canyon.

* Overnight winds are east on the ridgetops. Winds within Truckee
  Canyon are up-canyon until midnight, then light down-canyon
  overnight. Winds once again become up-canyon Saturday.

* We will have a warming and drying trend the weekend into next week.
  At this time, no precipitation is anticipated.

Sky/Weather.........Sunny. Areas of smoke.
Temperature.........Max 67-74.
RH..................Min 25-29%.
20-Foot Winds.......Truckee Canyon: Down-canyon 3-8 mph through around
0800, then up-canyon 4-9 mph in the afternoon.
Ridgetops are northeast 5-10 mph with gusts up to
15 mph. Sheltered areas/slopes are terrain driven.
Chc Wetting Rain....0%.
Chance of thunder...0%.
Mixing Height.......500 ft agl then 6000 ft agl in the afternoon.
Transport Winds.....Light winds becoming north around 10 mph in the
                    afternoon.
Ventilation.........Poor to good.

Sky/Weather.........Clear. Areas of smoke overnight.
Temperature.........Min 37-40.
RH..................75-80% in Truckee canyon, 53-58% mid-slopes/ridges.
20-Foot Winds.......Truckee Canyon: Up-canyon 3-7 mph through around
2400, then down-canyon 4-9 mph through the early
morning. Ridgetops are east 3-6 mph. Sheltered
areas/slopes are terrain driven.
