* Winds will start to increase by Thursday. When combined with
  low humidity, this will generate elevated fire weather conditions

* Westerly winds continue to strengthen on Friday and Saturday, with
  gusts of 30-35 mph in the afternoon. This could lead to critical
  fire weather conditions each afternoon.

Sky/Weather.........Partly cloudy in the morning, then becoming sunny.
Temperature.........Max 90-94. 79-83 for higher ridgetops.
RH..................Min 22-27%.
20-Foot Winds.......Terrain driven in the early morning, then south
4-9 mph by the late morning. Winds then become
southwest 10-15 mph with gusts to around 20 mph
late in the afternoon.
