DUE TO HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS...

.DISCUSSION...

* Shower and thunderstorm activity increases today through Thursday,
  with best chances Thursday afternoon.

* Thunderstorms today and Thursday will be capable of producing
  flooding impacts due to heavy rain, strong outflow winds and
  frequent lightning.

* Otherwise, a cooler, more humid weather pattern prevails into next
  week with much-improved nighttime recoveries.

Sky/Weather.........20-40% chance of showers and thunderstorms
                    after 1200 hours local. Otherwise, mostly cloudy.
Temperature.........62-65 at forecast start...Max 74-77.
RH..................40-45% at forecast start...Min 30-35%.
20-Foot Winds.......Winds east at 2-6 mph at forecast start, becoming
                    northwest 6-10 mph in the afternoon. Gusty and
