Isolated shower and thunderstorm chances continue this afternoon
across the northeast portion of the district. Gusty winds and dry
conditions return on Sunday afternoon which could lead to enhanced
fire weather concerns. Gusty winds could spread holdover fires
from the recent lightning activity. Temperatures warm up to near
early August averages by the middle of next week.
