Isolated dry lightning remains possible through Wednesday outside of
rain cores. Higher thunderstorm activity will increase the potential
for new lightning ignitions Tuesday into Wednesday, although storms
will be on the wetter side. Nocturnal lightning is possible near the
Tahoe Basin tonight. Drier conditions reduce storm chances Thursday
and beyond with increased winds possible late this weekend.
