Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected along
the northern Sierra and NE California. Most storms are expected
to be wet, however isolated dry lightning will be possible outside
of the main precipitation cores, leading to chances for new
ignitions. Otherwise, it will remain cooler than normal through
the weekend.
