Isolated areas of elevated fire weather concerns today under high
pressure bringing warming and drying. Thursday into the weekend,
heating increases ahead of incoming moisture, with the hottest day
of the week expected for Friday. Showers and storms will increase
from Friday into the weekend, bringing chances for new lightning
starts.
