Hot and dry conditions continue through Wednesday with poor to fair
overnight humidity recoveries. By midweek, isolated thunderstorms
return to the Sierra. The potential for elevated fire weather
concerns increases on Tuesday-Thursday due to stronger afternoon
winds along with min RH generally below 15% in western NV and NE
CA valleys.
