.DISCUSSION...
Dry and warm conditions along with light winds, valley inversions
and limited mixing continue through Wednesday morning. Above average
temps persist into Wednesday. Elevated fire conditions are possible
for Mono on Wednesday afternoon due to gusty afternoon winds. The
next storm system arrives by Wednesday afternoon into Thursday
bringing cooler temperatures, gusty winds, rain and mountain snow.
