.DISCUSSION...
The Sierra Mountain areas around and south of Lake Tahoe as well as
the areas along the OR border see a 10-20% chance for an isolated
snow shower this afternoon with minimal accumulations expected while
the remainder of the region stays dry. Showers have a 10% or less
chance to contain thunder this afternoon. Cooler temperatures along
with light winds are forecast today ahead of a warming trend that
begins this weekend.
