.DISCUSSION...
We maintain a low chance of rain and thunderstorms through the
early evening near the OR border. Otherwise, dry and breezy
conditions are expected this afternoon along the Sierra Front,
including the Floriston Fire, and eastern Sierra. Light N/NE
breezes return Friday and Saturday with gusty E/NE winds along
the Sierra crest. Warm and dry weather prevails this weekend
before chances of rain and storms increase along the Sierra
south of Tahoe Sunday into next week.
Note: Thunderstorms imply gusty and erratic winds.
