.DISCUSSION...
Warm afternoons and poor overnight recoveries along with typical
afternoon breezes to around 20 mph continue through Thursday. Winds
increase Thursday with the strongest gusts potentially on Friday and
Saturday to 30-35 mph for northern NV and CA. Rain and storm chances
return as early as Thursday for Mono, Mineral, Pershing and Churchill
counties.
