There is a 20-30% chance of light rain and isolated thunderstorms
Thursday near the Oregon border. Breezy E/NE winds arrive along
the Sierra crest Friday into Saturday morning. A warming and
drying trend is then favored this weekend into next week. The
chances of precipitation are now very low.
