NORTHEASTERN CALIFORNIA, THE EASTERN SIERRA, AND WESTERN NEVADA DUE
TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...
.DISCUSSION...
Strong winds and low RH will support several hours of critical fire
weather conditions across far NE CA, the Eastern Sierra, and W NV
through the rest of today. Gusty winds linger later than usual
today, extending fire concerns into the overnight hours. Winds remain
breezy Sunday, shifting to W/NW behind a dry frontal passage then to
N/NE on Monday. Another dry frontal passage may produce breezy north
winds around midweek, otherwise a dry and mild week is favored.
