.DISCUSSION...

Warm and dry weather will persist, accompanied by light afternoon
breezes. Temperatures will to rise further into the weekend.
Overnight humidity recoveries remain poor, particularly across the
western Humboldt and northern Lahontan basins. Daily thunderstorm
activity is possible mainly along the Sierra and Sierra Front with
potential for increased coverage this weekend into northeast CA.
