.DISCUSSION...
Warm afternoons with poor recoveries each night through Thursday.
Gusts of 30-35 mph are likely for portions of northeast California
and northwest Nevada, including the Bug and Stallion fires, this
afternoon. This will result in localized critical fire weather
conditions. Typical breezes up to 20 mph prevail until late this
week. Wind, rain and storm chances return as early as Thursday.
