.DISCUSSION...
Thunderstorms are most probable near the Oregon border this afternoon
with lesser odds in Mono County and far western Nevada. Otherwise, higher
humidity and breezy afternoon winds prevail today. A warming and drying
trend begins Monday with hot conditions by the weekend. A monsoonal pattern
may develop late this week, increasing the potential for storms and new
lightning ignitions Thursday going into next weekend.
