...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Hydrologic flooding caused by excessive rainfall and
  snowmelt is ongoing.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast California, including the Susan
  River and tributaries in Lassen County.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Additional rainfall this afternoon and evening may lead
  to secondary rises on already high rivers and streams and
  exacerbate ponding in poor drainage areas. While no additional
  flooding is forecast for the Susan River, a second rise to minor
  flood stage can`t be ruled out if rain/snow elevation is higher
  than expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1134 AM PST, Rain and snowmelt may cause minor flooding.
  - More significant flooding is forecast for the Pit River in
    Northwest Lassen County. See the separate flood warning for
    additional details on the Pit River.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Eagle Lake, Termo, Bieber, Herlong, Nubieber, Doyle,
    Susanville, Spaulding, Aspen Grove Campground, Standish,
    Janesville, Madeline, Crater Lake Campground, Westwood,
    Pittville, Chilcoot-Vinton, Hallelujah Junction, Eagle
    Campground, Merrill Campground and Ravendale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
