...REPLACES FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding along the Susan River continues to move
  downstream toward Honey Lake.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast California, including the following
  county, Lassen.

* WHEN...Until 1145 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Many rural roads remain closed in the Honey Lake Valley
  due to high water levels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 243 PM PST, Water levels will slowly receded this evening,
    ponding of water on roads may linger into Thursday.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Honey Lake Valley and Standish.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
