...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SCOTLAND AND SOUTHEASTERN
RICHMOND COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM EDT...

At 903 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hamlet, or 7 miles southeast of Rockingham, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Laurinburg, Rockingham, Hamlet, Maxton, Dobbins Heights, Wagram,
Gibson, East Laurinburg and Laurel Hill.
