...Areas of Dense Fog expected through 8 am...

Areas of fog have developed for areas mainly along and east of the
US-1 corridor. The lowest visibilities are currently across the
Triangle, Sandhills, and northeast Piedmont. Visibilities may be
reduced to one quarter mile or less at times. If you are driving
into the early morning hours, be sure to allow extra driving time
to reach your destination. Reduce driving speeds, increase
following distances, and use only low beam headlights.
