...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WAYNE...EASTERN SAMPSON AND
SOUTHEASTERN JOHNSTON COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM EDT...

At 819 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 11 miles west of Goldsboro to 10 miles west of
Harrells. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Walnut Creek, Mar-Mac, Princeton, Nahunta, Harrells, Cliffs Of The
Neuse State Park, Ivanhoe, Elroy, Seven Springs, and Clinton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
central North Carolina.
