...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Areas of fog, dense in some locations, has developed this
  morning. The fog will reduce visibilities to below one half mile
  or less at times.

* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave
plenty of distance ahead of you. Be especially cautious in school
zones and watch for children and the flashing lights of school buses.
