High pressure just off the Mid-Atlantic coast will gradually
shift farther offshore Friday. Light winds out of the east will
continue today with mixing heights slowly rising to 3500 to 5000
feet by mid afternoon. There is a chance for some scattered
showers and storms late this afternoon.
