A series of upper level disturbances will cross the region
through Thursday, as chilly surface high pressure noses into the
area from the northeast, bringing periods of rain. A surface cold
front will cross the region Thursday afternoon, bringing dry
weather Thursday night through Friday as high pressure builds in
from the Midwest.
