...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by run-off from excessive rainfall.

* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the
  following county, Orange.

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 746 PM EDT, Gauge reports along Morgan Creek indicated
    rapid rises due to run-off from heavy rainfall. Flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Chapel Hill and Carrboro.
