Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. This includes along Interstate 40 between Durham and Garner. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - This storm is capable of producing an inch or more of rain over a very short period of time. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
