.SYNOPSIS...Pulsing fresh to strong NE to E winds are expected
in the Gulf of Papagayo through Thu morning, with moderate to
fresh N winds pulsing in the Gulf of Panama. Otherwise, gentle to
moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail across
the waters offshore of Central and South America through this
weekend. Hazy conditions due to previous volcanic ash from the
Fuego Volcano will prevail over the waters near Guatemala.
