.SYNOPSIS...Fresh SW winds along with mixed swell will support
combined seas up to 8 ft off northern Central America through
mid week. Gentle to moderate southerly winds are expected south
of the monsoon trough, that along with mostly SW swell will
maintain combined seas to 7 ft.
