.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Ten-E is centered near 16.0N
109.7W at 24/2100 UTC, moving west-northwest at 12 kt. Estimated
minimum central pressure is 1006 mb. Maximum sustained wind speed
is 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. Ten-E will strengthen to a
tropical storm near 16.7N 111.4W Mon morning, move to 17.7N
113.5W Mon afternoon, 18.7N 115.5W Tue morning, 19.7N 117.3W Tue
afternoon, 21.0N 118.8W Wed morning, and 22.4N 120.0W Wed
afternoon. Ten-E will weaken to a tropical depression over 24.5N
121.5W Thu afternoon. Elsewhere, moderate to fresh SE winds are
possible in the central and northern Gulf of California tonight,
with generally moderate SE winds expected thereafter. Looking
ahead, moderate to fresh N to NE gap winds will develop in the
Gulf of Tehuantepec on Mon, with pulsing strong winds and locally
rough seas expected Mon night through late this week.
