.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure system over the
S waters will continue SE over the waters today. The associated
cold front will move S of the waters later today as the low moves
towards the CA coast and eventually moves inland. Meanwhile high
pressure will build across the region behind the front tonight,
then persist through Wed night. A coastal trough will form along
the N California coast Sun night and persist through Wed, then
weaken late Wed night. The NAVTEX Cambria station is off air and
reporting an outage. Technicians have been notified. We apologize
for the inconvenience.
