.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough near the
coast will continue to weaken today and tonight. A cold front
will move across the waters from the NW through tonight before
shifting S of the area Wed. Following the cold front, low
pressure will move S into the waters Wed, then drift slowly S or
SW through the waters Wed night through Thu night. The low will
drift back E on Fri before dissipating just inland Fri night. A
weak cold front will approach and move into the NW portions late
Fri night, then move SE across the area into Sat night. High
pressure will build across the area for the remainder of Sat
night.
