.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist across the region tonight through Sat night, then shift
SE across the far SE portions Sun as a cold front approaches
from the NW. The cold front will move slowly E across the waters
late Sun night into Mon night before dissipating near the Oregon
coast early Tue. Another cold front will move into the NW portion
of the waters late Mon night, continue E across the area Tue,
and then will stall over the Oregon waters Tue night. The
stationary front will weaken and dissipate Wed and Wed night as
high pressure builds E across the waters.
