.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong low
pressure system will pass well W and NW of the waters today into
Sun. An associated warm front will clear N of the area by early
afternoon. A weakening cold front associated with the system
will pass E across the waters on Sun, followed by another
stronger cold front later Sun night into Mon. Another area of
high pressure will build NE over the region Sun night into Tue
as the coastal trough develops along the Oregon coast. The high
will weaken Tue night. A stronger low pressure system will
approach from the W on Wed. The associated strong cold front
will move E across the area Wed and Wed night.
