...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and
  28 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Sawatch Mountains Above 11000 Feet, La Garita
  Mountains Above 10000 Feet, and Eastern San Juan Mountains Above
  10000 Feet.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening
  commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
