...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN PROWERS AND
NORTHEASTERN BACA COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM MDT...
At 820 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles north of Walsh, or 11 miles west of The Saunders Elevator,
moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Vilas and Two Buttes.
