...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL LAS ANIMAS COUNTY
THROUGH 330 PM MDT...

At 252 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Sugarite Canyon State Park, or 14 miles northeast
of Raton, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Trinchera and Raton Pass.
