...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN FREMONT...NORTHWESTERN
CUSTER AND NORTHEASTERN SAGUACHE COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM MDT...

At 1257 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Coaldale, or 60 miles north of Alamosa, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Howard, Coaldale, Cotopaxi, and Waugh Mountain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
