            A tornado was observed about 12.5 miles
            northwest of Kim, Colorado. No damage
            reported, but we are waiting for more
            information from Emergency Management from
            Las Animas County. Via radar observation and
            spotter report, it was on the ground from
            roughly 4 to 5 minutes.
