This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light to moderate snow will linger across the northern I-25
corridor, Pikes Peak Region, and parts of the eastern plains through
this morning. Minor accumulations, generally under 1 inch, are
expected, though locally higher amounts will be possible under any
bands that manage to form. Heavier accumulations of several inches
will be possible over Teller and northern El Paso Counties as well,
with Winter Weather Advisories in effect through 8am. The morning
commute may be hazardous due to slippery roads and brief periods of
reduced visibility, especially in the aforementioned areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A few light snow showers will be possible on Sunday, and again
Tuesday night into Wednesday for the Central Mountains. Minor snow
accumulations may be possible.

Spotty, near critical fire weather conditions may be possible
Sunday and Monday afternoons, in gap wind prone areas of the
southern Interstate 25 corridor.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will
be likely over portions of the region.
