This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible across the higher terrain
this afternoon.  Lightning and wind gusts near 40 mph may accompany
thunderstorms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Friday:  Increasing shower and thunderstorms activity across the
higher terrain into the Pikes Peak Region.  Stronger storms may be
capable of producing lightning, wind gusts near 45 mph, and small
hail.

Monsoon moisture will increase across the region this weekend.
Moderate to heavy rainfall will be possible over the mountainous
areas, possibly leading to flash flooding concerns. Additionally,
some strong to possibly severe storms will also be possible each
afternoon, mostly over the eastern plains and I-25 corridor, into
early next week.
