Hail up to 1.25 inches in diameter and wind gusts to around 60 mph will be the primary storm risks. Locally heavy rainfall and dangerous cloud to ground lightning will also be possible. Breezy west winds and low humidity will spread across the mountains and I-25 corridor this afternoon. This will result in spotty critical to near critical fire weather conditions along portions of the I-25 corridor this afternoon. However, wetting rains overnight and early this morning should decrease this risk and keep conditions more isolated. Some patchy frost or a light freeze will be possible across northern El Paso county tonight along the crest of the Palmer Divide. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday Areas of frost may be possible Saturday night into Sunday morning across portions of the Plains. Those with sensitive plant may want to prepare to protect them. A few rain and high elevation snow showers may be possible Monday into Tuesday morning, mainly from the La Garita Range, north into the Central Mountains. Minor snow accumulations may be possible above 10000 feet. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will be possible over portions of the region. $$ 31/88
