.DISCUSSION...

Some high based cloud buildups will be possible today, but odds of any
thunderstorm development are very low (less than 10% chance).  Winds
will stay westerly around 8-12 mph while lower slopes see a more typical
light upslope/upvalley (east) wind 5-10 mph.  Winds will decrease this
evening and settle on a more west to northwest direction with lows in the
mid to upper 30s on site.
