Plan on persistent east-northeast surface winds through the day
today at 8-11 mph through 1200, then increasing to 12-17 mph with
gusts to around 25 mph through the afternoon. Expect overcast
skies, and an increasing chance for rain through the late morning
and afternoon. There is a slight chance for thunderstorms this
afternoon after 1500, with the added threat of strong, gusty and
erratic winds possible with any thunderstorm development.
